Ever get stuck for leg exercises or bored of doing regular lunges. Give this exercise a try for an insane burn as a finisher.
Start with feet placement together while supporting the bar at your chest height.
Once comfortable proceed in to a reverse lunge while keep the bar at your chest level.
With each rep bring your feet back to the start, this exercise can be done single leg at a time or alternating
