Background
From a young age, I have always had an interest in sport but lacked the confidence to do anything to change my approach towards it. I started playing rugby for my local club at the age of 10 and built my confidence up, to not only to enjoy exercise, but to also push myself.

I later in life joined the Royal Navy and during my time learnt a great deal about
self-discipline, motivation, the drive to succeed and to push, not just myself but others reach a specific goal. Upon leaving the Navy I wanted to make a big difference towards people’s approach to health and fitness.

Most of us work harder in the presence of others. Having a me by your side I will provide the encouragement, energy and motivation you need to jumpstart your routine. Fitness and Nutrition can be confusing, especially for a beginner, but we all have to start somewhere.
There is a lot of information available to us all when starting a new fitness regime. What exercises I should be doing? How much should I be eating? Can I do cardio before or after strength training?
I will remove all the guesswork for you and adapt your workouts and nutrition plans so you can put all your energy toward accomplishing your goals.
